Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of the contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us with a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of the cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
We may refuse a refund if the service has already been used after the contract conclusion, particularly if a document has already been uploaded.
